History
Emerald Pacific Corp. is a full service commercial and retail contractor located in Irvine, California.  We specialize in tenant improvement, redevelopment, and renovations.  The Company was formed in 2006 by Ron Sadler and Brett Shaves, who have a combined 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and contracting.
